Curious to how easily wormholes are mapped out now. Are individual contributions to programs like Siggy being mapped out for other people to see? I was talking to a guy about how at any given time, he has most of wormhole space mapped out. Is he talking out his ass or wut?

Whoever owns mapping sites/whatever can datamine everything, so yes, there are people who could theoretically have access to all of w-space.
