How long to hear from a support ticket

I raised a support ticket for a standings issue on a POCO on Wednesday evening and have yet to hear a response.

How long should It take to hear from the support team, other than the auto acknowledgement?

The problem if anyone can help is I setup a PI planet and didn't have standings with the corp who owned the POCO, I now have full settings both personal and corporation but still cannot transfer my PI.

Any ideas on both problems?

I"m pretty sure both issues are being worked on as i think I saw related stuff on the parallax "known issues" post. also beware the difference between support ticket and bug reports, for permanent issues of an in game bug like you have, I think they prefer a bug report

as for timing, I got a reply to a ticket that was in queue with an excuse about being slow to respond because they are swamped with request (my wording)

I won't give any specifics but they do work on the ticket (and I guess parallax killed some GMs)
