As the tittle says my corp is forced to live in sansha null.
Everything would be ok except for the part that i only have hands on an alt with a tengu. It's pretty ok skilled, with t2 ballistics and no implants i can get up to 680 em dps. Tried kinetic ammo but despite the higher paper dps sansha resists kick in.
I checked eft and with the cheap 17-18ish mil heavy assault implants and switching 2 ballistics to navy i could get like 750 em dps.
Question is if thats enough for anything? Theres a lot of outdated Information about anoms and escalations and I never lived in null before. So far i know sansha rally point escalates to 6/10 but I'm unsure if I'd be able to solo it. Some sources talk about minimum 500 pure em dps for last room, others even over 1000..
Albo is it even worth trying lets say forsaken hubs or is tengu dps top small to make it worthwile?
Right now i dont have mamy options on this toon, gallente ships aren't skilled at all, drone support skills are meh but it can use t2 mediums.
Any thoughts?

I had expected other people to have already replied to this thread but I see that's not the case.

I mainly fly Minmatar ships but I believe Tengu is still considered to be the top T3 Cruiser available. I'm sure the logic for fitting is still the same, meaning use Deadspace / Faction modules for offense and defensive tank. High skilled T3 Cruisers should be able to complete 6/10 sites without much trouble, course that depends on your fit and piloting tactics.

Wish I could offer more info but like I said, I mainly fly Minmatar ships.

Now about the Anomalies and Escalations, the intel guides / reports in Evelopedia are still fairly accurate despite being old. As far as I know, CCP hasn't changed those sites hardly at all over the years.

Hopefully other players will post more in-depth info for you.

Good luck.

I'm currently flying around Sansha high and low sec, doing exploration and DED complexes using a Tengu. The ship performs very well, and I didn't even fit any faction/deadspace modules except for the tank (I use 2 pith em hardeners and a pith medium shield booster plus a meta shield boost amp, still lacking the skills for a T2 boost amp).
I get about 700dps with Rage HAMs, which is enough to do 5/10s and 6/10s reasonably fast, and it tanks around 500dps (not cap stable, but that's not necessary). Main problem is range, which you can compensate with rigs and the new Missile Guidance Computers.
The 5/10s are a cakewalk, the 6/10s (haven't done that many of them) are doable, but they take a while to complete. The overseer in those 6/10s has quite a strong tank, but the dps is enough to break that.

You can do every ded site with a solo tengu, and by solo I mean solo. The only difficulty is the incoming dps on the last room of the 8/10. The webs really **** things up until you can slowboat to them. With better skills you can probably hit them with javelin hams from dropon (my crappy skills cap javs at42km). Everything else is cake.

Tengu is very slow though. Chasing after bs sucks. But it's doable and don't let Nyone tell you it's not.

Take a look at the Vexor Navy Issue. Might suit your skill point situation pretty decently.

Remake yourself a relic site runner and get so filthly rich that you can buy yourself another T3 pilot.

Or to hell with T3 and just keep doing Sansha relic sites and being filthly rich.

Or the OP could just put a jump clone in hisec and run in an incursion fleet when isk is needed. Isn't that what all nullsec people do?

As long as you setup for the appropriate resistances you should be fine to run sites solo. I am out in same part of space and run sites in a ship comparable to what you are using and let me tell you you can make a lot of isk out there.

Thanks for the replies.
Theres actually very little true information about farming isk in nullsec it seems.
After asking here and there we got our hands on machariel fits to farm sanshas, its going pretty ok at around 100-110mil/ hour with that occasional true sansha or 10/10 escalation.
Did one today since I had some spare time, dropped over 700mil in one hour of work so I guess living in null isn't all that bad.

5/10's imo and many others have a much harder last room than the 6/10 and maybe even the 7. You get webbed hard right away in 5/10's. If you cant project your damage out to about 40km to kill web towers so you can sig tank or tank the site as a whole you will need to warp out. Your small(ish) sig an ab, an ab sub system help the tengu sig tank many of the things. Soloing a 8/10 structure with just one tengu must be so long an boring I wouldnt even do it. Ran my first one the other month in my barghest and I thought wow 1000 dps and this is still going to take forever, so i bought in a 720 dps gila on a second account to help finish it off.
