Closed Corp re-opened...Assets?

I closed a corp without removing any items and eventually re-created a corp with the same name coming back to EVE.

Will my wallet assets and money still be in that solar system office impounded or all is lost?

What happens to all the assets that reside inside a corp after it is closed?

How do you get all the assets back?

Im not 100% sure on this but i think the assets that belonged to the corp are gone for good.
Even if you recreated the corp with the same name you wont get the corp assets back. What im not so sure about is if the corps assets would have been delivered to the person who was CEO at the time the corp was closed but i honestly doubt it.
