Issue appears to have been fixed after daily downtime. I can now train alts.....yay

Same issue for me, stuck for 3 days, the toon i wanted to train was not able to, then it just magically fixed itself this morning... CCP, are we to be compensated Skillpoint-wise?

I put in a Help ticket 3 days ago, no response yet...

Used a PLEX to skill an alt. Ate my PLEX but won't let me activate the skill queue. So, I have no PLEX and I have no skills. :P

Submitted a support ticket 2-3 days ago and no response.
