Shouldn't the Amarr have Capitol ships out if they are "at war".

Shouldn't the Amarr have Capitol ships out if they are "at war".

Why are there no Amarr caps out "doing things" if they are at war with the drifters?

Drifter (elves) did not attack you in the zone of invasion. (do the mission, mine will not touch you)
Secondly.
Passing The invasion easy thing to know how. Golem. Cool
Thirdly.
The invasion more 10 systems further drifters (elves) do not capture system.
And the last.
The invasion disappears after a while. Bear

Logically, every Mission, Anomaly or Complex in high sec would have to involve Concord, or at least Facpo. That would probably be a mess.

CONCORD This is a separate issue, he only pays bounty behind pirates.

Better question: Why are circadian seekers allowed to carry on at gates and around stations in Amarr space as if nothing is going on? There should be none just casually scanning things in Amarr high sec outside of asteroid belts.
