Grendell, previously I've only dealt in ten-figure loans and have accepted the risk of lender default (i.e. refusing repayment and keeping the collateral). Less willing to do this with the larger sum I am considering borrowing.

I'm considering using your service to secure an eleven-figure collateralized loan.

Do you accept collateral without disclosing to the public (including lenders) what it is?


And can I confirm your service works like this, for a 110% collateralized loan with blind collateral:

- I transfer goods with a firesale value of 22b to your alt(s) via station trades
- I post a forum thread asking for investor(s) and negotiate terms
- You inform the lender(s) that you are holding goods worth more than the 20b loan amount and do not disclose what the goods are. You inform the lender(s) of your perception of the level of risk of collateral depreciation and they accept or decline as they see fit.
- Lender(s) transfer me 20b and prove this via forum post which I acknolwedge.
- I fulfil the terms of the loan as negotiated with the lender.
- You arbitrate disputes and if you deem a default to have occurred and to be ongoing for an unacceptable timeframe, you give the lender(s) the collateral in full and final settlement of the loan, and then the lenders pay your fee.
- If no default occurs and the loan ends, I pay you a fee of 200m ISK (1% of the loan amount, capped below at 100m and above at 200m) as a fee to discharge the loan and release the collateral.

The goods used for collateral will be high turnover items with stable prices, in highsec trade hubs (not necessarily all in one hub).
