Or, since most of them are -10 sec status, you can just hang out in Uedama and shoot them for free.

You must have done something awful to deserve this. CODE. does not just go around wardeccing people willy-nilly. I'm not sure that I would want to associate with someone who has been wardecced by CODE.

Indeed, lowsec PvP is for bullies that pick on defenceless ships with the knowledge there won't be any reaction from concord.
