Hello, I am not sure if anybody else is getting this bug, basically when I zoom in and out there's weird unloaded squares.

I've tried reinstalling, clear cache, changing graphics settings and nothing seems to fix it. I don't get this problem on any other game

My GPU is an R9 380 4GB latest drivers, also tried roll back

Screenshot is below

have you tried fiddling with graphic settings? (like set eveything to minimum and then bring back each one to full?)

it does seem like it's some artefact, maybe a problem with ATI and eve (a few post about crashes and ati since a few weeks)

you better run a dxdiag.exe and give all that with the screenshot to support by creating a ticket

I did report the bug in game.

Maybe an ATI and EVE problem yeah.

Just don't understand why EVE has this problem when every other game I play I have 0 issues

I have almost same problems, especially near some special stations my client crash and doesn't load some parts of objects.
And on mission Cargo Delivery if I do not zoom out after undocking and warp to mission and aproach warehouse - sometimes client crash cos it doesn't load warehouse skin when zoom close on it, but if I zoom out - it seems to be fine, but high res skin doesn't load.
I thave ry many times to clear cache - nothing help.
CCP can't help, cose they doesn't know why it happens, they only see this doesn't load, and that's all.
But few weeks ago everything work well, so they crash it and doesn't know how to repair it? because they think this problem doesn't exist, because no one write about it. I told them - people simply think this problem will gone soon and for this they doesn't write, and because people doesn't like to write petitions in new web format.

I am having precisely the same issue.

Brand new R9 Fury (proper load of current catalyst drivers) so I was a little concerned. I am glad to hear it is also happening with nVidia as well, this tells me that it is most likely a client issue and not hardware/drivers specific.

It's not a deal breaker since I know the devs will address it sooner or later.

Still having this problem.

Think I might just have to take a break from EVE and cancel my sub until its resolved.

Hope you can fix this soon CCP

let me reiterate what a lot of people don't seem to understand ; open a damn ticket, or make a in game bug report, since apparently the bug report function is for reproductible and recurring issue

take screenshot and post it here, but make a bug report if you want CCP to work on it

Hi guys,

Please file bug reports and include log server files. The log server will record what the client is doing in the background and hopefully provide some clues as to what could be causing this issue for you.

For information on how to run the log server please refer to the following link.

Humm!

Interesting!

I am get 1 or 2 individual black squares in the docking bay force field graphics seen during un-docking.

The main problem is they just flash by so fast, in fact to fast for me to get a screen shot.

As they are a very minor irritant and impossible to screen shot I have never bothered with a Bug-Report

But they maybe a distant relation to your problem?

So here's my Info:

I run 2 Pilots from 1 Client on 1 Screen in a Split Screen and Window Mode

It looks like the problem is solved... at least if you are using AMD catalyst driver 15.7.1. The unrendered squares have disappeared with the AA set to high on my R9-380 after the December update. Seems to of had something to do with the HDR and the way the AA was handled before... at least that's what I am getting from reading the patch notes.
