if my pos kill someone, it is count as braking test server rules?

in combat-zone systems . evryone can shoot your pos without warning
outside combat-zone systems - no any fights unless you permit them to shoot your ship or pos*


*if someone shoot your pos outside combat zone systems and die to pos guns you cant be reported for agression as long as you did not take control of pos guns to shoot someone and someone must have agress first, if you shot him first with pos guns you got problem.

warping to any pos anywhere is dangerous and ship-loss risk can occur. you wont get punished as long as you wont control guns to fire at someone. if pos does it thats fine. but dont give pos guns your hands for that
