Launcher Freezes when open - can't log in

I just started having this issue and I'm not sure what to do about it. I can't load the game because I can't get the launcher to stop freezing. I've tried admin mode, repair, and I'm trying to download the beta launcher but it's taking more than 30 minutes to download 45 mb?

I'm not sure what to do since I can't get into game at all.

I am also having issues with the launcher. It's taking 3-5 minutes to launch the program. This started yesterday. The EVE related web pages are also taking very long to load.

I got up and running with the beta launcher. Took forever to download and update though.

Edit: NM. Launcher now starts up fine, but it doesn't launch the client.

I've been fighting this all day, and what worked for me was to reinstall the launcher. (The regular one, not the beta). You might have to watch the launcher download. Mine got interrupted multiple times.

Yeah did that too didn't work. It still freezes for me.

Still having problems. Launcher, patches, character screen all loading like a snail. All other internet connections are very fast. Just those to CCP slow. Others in game are saying the same. CCP must be having server issues. Getting sick of it !!!

I deleted the launcher folder and ran the repair tool and it works now. However, I'm going to continue using the beta launcher is it's much better anyway.
