Launcher dont work

Hey i have the Problem that my Launcher dont completly start .

I mean that the left side of the launcher remayns grey and i cant click on anything.
Got that problem on sunday but until today i could click on the login button and since today is a new Patch released i cant use the Exe.
I didnt change anything at my options or that
Can anybody help me?

in the options / setting of the launchers, there are various repair and cache clearing tools

starts by the repair tools that will check the launcher binaries, just in case


alternatively go download the beta launcher and try it

Yeah, you can't get to the options in the launcher. It just freezes.

It's pretty infuriating.

You get a couple days off from work, maybe decide to login and play and surprise, we decided to break the launcher and now you can't play.

Launcher will only launch 1 client for me, the second one just gets hung up indefinitely.

I cant even use the old EXE to login either cause all that does is open up the launcher now.

Stoopid repair tool doesn't work, goes unresponsive after a couple minutes.

So now what, I have to uninstall and reinstall everything all over again, it's outrageous.

Well.... with the total lack of support and fix, there's nothing left to do but go play another game.

Next step is to examine why Im paying for 2 accounts on a game that cant be played.

lol did you even create a ticket? this is help channel for players, by players! CCP rarely intervene here unless major issues for multiple persons (I guess, I don't talk for them)

Did you even try to, I don't know, reinstall the launcher or download the beta launcher?

Can confirm all of the mentioned problems.
Same problem here.

Even reinstalled Win10 (was necessary anyway) and downloaded everything new without any luck.

Speed is currently at 100 Kbit max. for all applications that connect to CCP servers - rest works fine.
