Hi all,

We are currently taking down Singularity to apply an update hopefully containing a fix for a driver crash that many experienced in the Mass Test on Tuesday. To test this fix we need people to come fight! If you are available to do so, please update your Singularity client, log in and join the Masstesting chat channel at around 4.30 (or when the server comes back up) to join us in testing. Bring whatever ship you like, as long as it has weapons. Thanks in advance if you can make it.

When is this? if it was today could you give us more of a warning in advanced?

This is happening right now. This is not a planned test - we just need to test, if the latest graphical fixes worked!

will the masstest be tommorow or today. the masstest timing is quite too late for me to participate

There is a mass test today (Thursday), announcement at the top of the forum. The test yesterday, as Habakuk explained up the thread, was just a test, not a mass test.

there seems to be some confusion, for this test yesterday the masstesting MOTD quoted the normal skillpoint reward, does this still stand?

I have not seen anything that would involve skill points for yesterday's test and I for sure did not gather any data for participation. I am very sorry if there was any miscommunication about it, but no - we are not giving out skill points out for yesterday's test (but there will be skill points for today's test).

That is probably for the best, as giving SP would have resulted in counting the test as one that counts towards the mirror allocation, this would be unfair to some, as it was at such short notice. After all, the primary reason for testing is to assist you in making the game better, skill points are nice, but should not be the only reason we are there to help.
