If I can trouble the court to hear the case against the OP now, I'll keep it quick and simple enough for a lying carebear to understand: OP is a liar, clearly seeking to bismirch the good name of Racken Ormand. Even if the claims are true, he was clearly acting within his authority unless the corp in question is in a habit of giving roles out to everyone and anyone.

If Mr. Ormand was given roles to take BPOs and kick members, then by definition he was authorized to do so. Therefore I move the case be dismissed, as no theft occurred here.

I must agree. Anyone doing this action is merely exercising the authority they have been entrusted with. No crime was committed.
