From my observations minmil seems to be mostly russian?!?

On the other side you should not forget minmatar were always mostly a pve militia. If CCP really nerfs fw missions or balances them out minmatar militia will be probably doomed.

Almost all militia pilots are terribad. OFC there are a few (very few) exceptions but for the most part milita fleets are a blob of F1 monkeys.

As far as one side being better than the other... Pfffffffffft - militia pilots are known for jumping from one militia to the other based on who is getting the best LP payouts so this racial pride stuff just cracks me up.

FW space is filled with skittish fleets of plex sitters and stabbed small ships. Keep derping along guys! And gl bc in the end its all about fun!

Thinking that militia consists of entirely evasion farmers speaks more to your ability to find pvp than militias on the whole.

Calling all FW pilots bad.

People who make sweeping generalisations are bad.

FW is home to some of the best solo and small gang pilots in eve, and I've been pretty much everywhere in eve multiple times. Don't get me wrong we have our fools but every area does, I have come across plenty of lowsec pirate groups that just assume because there is more of them in bigger ships they will beat the FW pilots only to get **** stomped because they don't understand potential of their target. I don't need to mentioned the ineptitude of the majority of nullsec pilots now do I.

Conclusion - bads are everywhere, even where you don't expect, including the mirror some times Armed. I invite you to plex fight in arzad, kourm or sahtogas vs skunkworks, SBA, AVNG and call all militia pilots bad.
