Does EVE (TQ/Singularity) honor DPI settings now?

I have a 4K IGZO laptop panel and as such had trouble running various games in fixed window mode. Now with the current Singularity build it seems to understand that 1080p is the correct resolution when Windows DPI settings are at 200%.

Is this new? If so, I like it. :D
