Dictor, Hic bubbles and killmails.

I haven't confirmed yet but apparently bubbles have changed so that if you catch something in your bubble you get the killmail. Including your own killmail.

For example, dictor jumps on gang, bubbles, gang dies. Dictor gets on all the killmails even if they didn't try to warp.

Can anyone confirm this is now a mechanic?

Its garbage.

You pop a bubble and you now get aggression, you don't get on any KMs unless the bubble pulled them in or they attempt to warp. Or you shoot at them obviously.

tl;dr you'll get on less KMs than before the bubble aggression changes because people know you already have gate aggro so don't attempt to warp in bubble.

That would suck but it doesn't explain how dictors get on there own killmails. Now, it is possible that if something dies in your bubble you get on the km. Yourself included.

Makes sense, its an external effect onyour ship. The game remembers this until you sesion change, and so if the dictor flew through the bubble that he launched and subsequently died without a session change, he would be on his own killmail

same applies to launching a bomb in a stealth bomber

You have gate aggression. The gate is an npc. Nobody said it had to make sense Evil

I know what you mean but I can assure you with 100% certainty that the only people in the bubble who will be on the KM are :

1) people you pulled in;

2) people who tried to warp in bubble;

3) people you shot or who aggressed you..

I lost a hictor after Crucible - it bubbled 20+ ships who proceeded to pop it while dying horribly. I went back out in another hictor and my total "kills" for the night was appparently 5 (I don't keep track of this). 30+ people died in the bubble the first time my hictor died and I appeared on not a single KM.

There's no change in KMs matey.

Test it on sisi - I did.
