I just installed EVE on my new pc and easily copied installation and shared cache folders there, now do you guys know how I can transfer in game browser's bookmarks, chat channels and overview settings to the new computer?
Thanks

settings are in the windows profile, you should use the windows migrate tools to get most of the settings correctly transfered

BUT, in eve case, settings are stored depending on the eve folder, so chances new installation folder is different from old computer and windows migration doesn't work.

so on both computer go in
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\appdata\local\CCP\EVE
just paste that in your file explorer or run command (if the old computer is offline, replace %username% by your windows profiles

you'll see folders like
c_program_files_ccp_tranquiity => default if default install and old launcher
s_ccp_sharedcache_sisi_87.237.38.50 ==> that is me, with S:\CCP as install folder and using beta launcher

etc... you get the gist you need to identify the right folder if you have multiple ones (tips : look at the date on the folders, the most recent one is the good one usually)

inside there is a folder called "settings" and "cache", ignore cache, copy settings from you old computer to your new computer

(my advice would be to delete the new "settings" subfolder before copying, btw this will reset graphic settings)

There is another folder also in the document folder : Eve. This contain screenshot, xml exports, log history, you may want to save that
