Unable to contract ships

When I try to contract ships I get to the Pick Items menu, when I click next nothing happens. I can contract Items over and don't have problems putting things on the market. Just with contracting ships.

hard to help here
let's try by clearing the cache (esc - Reset Settings - Clear all cache files, then relog)

if this does not work try taking a screenshot of the windows of the contract, if possible all the step in the contract windows (a bit of MSpaint and upload on imgur, free and anonymous)

otherwise, make sure the station / hangar is selected, that you are not trying to make a corporate contract instead of a personal one, (corpo contract need the item to be in corp hangar, personnal contract needs to be in, you guessed right, personnal hangar)
