I am looking to buy a Nyx or Aeon ready Thanatos or Archon pilot with close to maxed core skills (Combat, Drones, Fitting, Tanking etc...)

Capital Skills I would like to see

Jump Drive Calibration V
Jump Fuel Conservation IV
All Capital repair skills to IV (except hull)
Triage IV (or at least Logistics V)
Fighters IV or V

Drone Skills are a major plus: T2 everything with relevant support skills to IV or V

Other Pluses:

Good name
Cruiser and Frigate V of any race
Decent pvp skills in subcapital ships
Drug skills
Recon IV

I have a pretty big budget of an undisclosed amount.
