Eveboard немогу обновить данные.

Добрый день хотел бы узнать кто столкнулся с такой вот проблемой в Eveboard http://eveboard.com/

Error: CharacterSheet, Message: Illegal page request! Please verify the access granted by the key you are using!
Automatic API Update disabled, Reason: Illegal page request! Please verify the access granted by the key you are using!

При этом апи кей пытался удалить несколько раз и создать заного но ничего непомогло на евебоард тоже обновил данные но ничего непроисходит выдает всоровно ту же ошибку..



по возможности подскажите как можно это обновить буду очень благодарен.
