The other night I was having a issue with a ship skin showing up black. So someone said to reset the cache in game... I did that and once it logged back in from the reset, while it fixed the skin issue my chat channels are out of the order I had them in. Every time I log in now they are in a random order it would seem. So even though I put them back in the order I would like they change when logging in the next time. I have searched for any help but either I don't know exact wording of the problem or it just isn't there. Can anyone help with this matter please?

poor's man solution (tentative, may not work as I didn't test it):
- copy all your chat (in a note in game with the link)
- close all the chats
- open them from the link or by entering the name, in the right order

(I frankly never noticed this bug but I don't really care about chat placement order as long as they are in the right window)

ok so just to make sure I'm understanding right... Close all of the channels and basically re-join them correct?

I'll give that a shot to see if that helps, thanks.
