How long does it take for CCP to respond to Account/Billing ticket?!

As topic says, i made a topic about an character transfer issue, 48hours passed, character got transfered 38hours ago and nonone even responded to the ticket i created more than 2 days ago!

help unpaid and unofficial here

they usually respond quickly, or they don't, either way they don't usually repond here at all or for major bug issue (but I lurk here since a short while)

be patient and if they are using a soft like zendesk, just update your ticket it should bump it (or "wake it up" I don't know)


normally paying and billing issues are really quick (but again personal experience of ... once in ... ever)

This is ridiculous, over 2 days now and not even a simple answer ex. "We are looking into it"

Bumped 2 times, created separate ticket from main account, nothing.
