Stuck on Resource loading

Yes, I have already reported this bug/filed petition

Step 1: Start EVE Launcher, log in successfully.
Step 2. Press "Play" and the game launches.
Step 3. Screen comes up with the loading screen as normal.
Step 4: Loading screen completes as normal but the character selection screen is now replaced with a black screen, the exception being a small gray circle at the bottom left that states "resource loading" (or something similar) when you hover the mouse over it.

This is only happening with one of my accounts.

I have:
-Restarted computer
-Reinstalled EVE
-Run the repair tool many times
-Run the recache.exe file, regular and as administrator
-Tried the download installer thing

I am running Windows 7

I have the same issue on this account, other accounts are working fine.

apparenlty it is because of queue issue,

there is also this post about queue issues for ppl who are logged

seems around event booster and promotinal accelerator for skills

Justone day for me, but it's the account with the character that as all my stuff, and no word from CCP. Kind of frustrating, I have had to actually go outside and... talk to people... When will this nightmare end? Twisted

i got similar issue but resource loading isnt showing on the 1st client i logged (no matter what account i will log after that every will get resource loading... and its loading about 4-8mb of data)

so 1st char iam loading - smooth
2nd, 3rd and so on alts gets resource loading

People are going to try to ruin your day. Get together with others, ruin their day back -  EvE
