hello when ever i log in i get this message

For some reason, your character has repeatedly failed loading on the server. Please file a Support Ticket so that Customer Support can investigate the matter and see whether the issue lies with the game server. Apologies for the inconvenience.

my character is basically stuck in station and cant move. buy. undock. or open inventory. Please send help. Thank
