I notice a big control over the kundalini a few hours after the new incursion spawn in empire for last several days. Some claim the Russians are behind this and pretty much bent because of the new changes in game. But in reality many believe that EVE very own devs are pulling the strings to try to pool the ISK flow from people buying plex with ISK. Will this hurt CCP market edventually ?

Rant Away

I think he is saying that CCP is running an incursion fleet to keep ISK from going into the PLEX market....why I don't know since PLEX serve a number of purposes.

First it blunts the market for illicit ISK sellers.

Second, it can generate revenues for CCP.
[If you have 2 players paying RM, CCP gets something like $29.90. However, if one guy buys a PLEX and sells it to the other guy who PLEXs his account CCP gets $34.90. Not to mention things like skins, etc.]

Third, it can help redistribute ISK in the economy which can help boost the in game economy…which yes CCP does care about.

And since CCP controls the number of incursions why they’d run a fleet just seems really dumb.
