It's an Amazon special, not a CCP special.

Usually, no. If you can't purchase on Amazon's US site then you don't get access to the special.

I don't think it's just an EvE issue, it's actually part of something bigger.

Even in other games Europeans seem to get the worse deal where Americans are concerned.


Personally, I'm not that bothered but it does seem to bother some people.

Just buy it. Put up a fake address in the US (google for one) and you can buy whatever you like. Be sure you pick a state with zero sales tax.

Amazon don't accept PayPal as far as I know. Without jumping through hoops the geo-restrictions on Amazon can be tough to get around.

I came for the spaceships, I stayed for the tears.
