Manufacturing Bug?

I am trying to manufacture a T1 module and have all required skills and resources. When I hover the mouse over 'start', a 'The job duration has changed' popup appears. When I click start, I get the 'Your industry job could not be submitted' popup.

I am using T1 BPOs and an NPC station (Kakakela VI, Moon 5, Lai Dai Corporation Factory). Neutral standing with the facility and I have used it before successfully to research these same BPOs.

Is there any known workaround for this? Googling the issue seems to show that this has been a problem at least as far back as 2014 but it doesn't seem to be a common issue and I've yet to find a fix for this.

Thanks.

I may be wrong this happens a lot in busy system with high load on assembly chain (look at the red bar in the facility list), at least it's the only time I saw this (for research jobs, so I assume the manufacturing is the same). Are you trying to build in Jita?

it recomputes the installation fees based on this load, and so it blocks the installation of the job

when it happens to me (rarely) I simply wait a bit for the installation cost to refresh, the start button is not red anymore

try changing to a lower load system (you will save isk), and if it doesn't fix itself, it is probably a bug, first clear you cache (ESC/Reset Settings/Clear all cache files) then create a ticket if it does nothing
