No 'bottoms' on female characters

Hey all

I'm trying to create yet another alt, but in the character creation screen there are no trousers etc to choose from for women. I'm also pretty sure there is more than one hairstyle!

Obviously this prevents you from proceeding forward with character creation, so I can't create a female character :/

Please can you tell me where I've gone wrong or if this is an issue that needs sorting, thanks!

OK so my game crashed, I restarted the client. Now I have bottoms but no hair o_O

Somehow I ended up hairless and without clothing in my profile picture, but my character has these items plus goggles.

if it persist after clean shutdown and restart of the game, you have some corruption

*takes out his usual post about this and copy paste*
here the cleanup procedure
launch only 1 eve client, no need select a char, just hit esc, go to reset setting and select "clear all cache files"

then close the game, go in you file explorer to the eve installation folder and locate a program called "RESCACHE.EXE", launch it "as administrator".

this program will CRC Check all your data files and fix them, as corruption is known to occur with patches and launcher.


if this work, say it, if it does not work : open a support ticket.

Completed steps, now female characters don't have feet or hair! :/

well ticket to support then, it's beyond what us, humble player, can do to help, and support from ccp is not here, only by tickets.
(edit : just a summary of the ccp stickies, devs and gms are here too!)

I would suggest a whole reinstall ... but who knows. maybe support will have something

Hmm I'll report it and see if anything happens :/ managed to create my female character finally, but with no hair! I'll have to shell out for a resculpt at some point I guess :/

I think hair is free of resculpting, like clothes or tatoo

resculpting is for bones and body shape

I try to make alt and she had no tops I love being topless in rl
