However there should be 4th item on that list. Nulsec is lacking the 4th item!

What is nulbear life? Log in, put your miners and farmers on, go **** yourself. Cash out.

Nulsec is rather stale right now. RF towers, wait for ppl to show up. They decide they don't have the numbers. Blow up tower uncontested. Play entosis wars, which no one wants to do so you have to pay someone else to do it for you. Rat in your carrier. Camp a gate. Run from Russian Tengu blob. Rinse and repeat.

So your either saying that (apart fomr the entosing) it was somehow different at another time, or that you somehow think it could be better if something is done differently.

Either way you're wrong. People have been complaining about stagnant "null sec" for the entire 8 years I've been playing, probably for the whole time. POS SOV, Dominion, Fozzie SOV, Drone Russian Federation, Northern Coalition, Greater BoB Community, Goons/CfC/Imperium etc etc, it's all been pretty much the same.

The people complaining about stagnation (and 'blue donuts also) are the same people not doing anything about making it not be stagnant while others of us are actually playing and having fun in null sec.

About the main issue here. Bottom line, no, you can't make people fight you, and no change to any game mechanic or reward scheme is going to change human nature. People being people, they won't take a fight if they aren't sure of a win.

Technically, nullsec was not meant to have a purpose designated by the game creators.

Hence the term "null".

If you think there should be more conflict in nullsec, you'll have to go out there and create one.
