When I choose Character>Attributes I can see my remap status.

I have the following:

Neural Remap Available:

2012.10.12 12:44:24 [Remap Now]

Bonus Remaps Available: 2

My other characters have:

Neural Remap Available:

2012.xx.xx yy:yy:yy [Remap Now]

Bonus Remaps Available: 1

&

Neural Remap Available:

Now [Remap Now]

Bonus Remaps Available: 1

Does the 1st mean 2 remaps, the 2nd, 1 remap and the 3rd 2 remaps?

Bonus remaps are essentially remaps within a remap (if that makes sense).

You are forced to use the actual remap first, that starts the 365 day timer and consumes your standard remap, ie. if you used it today you would have next remap available in January 2013. If you have any bonus remaps you may remap again during that 1 year time period, but it will not reset the timer, ie. you could use both of your bonus remaps and have three different attribute changes this year, but still have a remap come up again in January 2013.

Yep. Put another way, the standard remap can be performed once every 365 days, but bonus remaps are completely independent of that timer and can be used whenever you want.
