most usual suspect : corrupted files and corrupted cache.

here the cleanup procedure
launch only 1 eve client, no need select a char, just hit esc, go to reset setting and select "clear all cache files"

then close the game, go in you file explorer to the eve installation folder and locate a program called "RESCACHE.EXE", launch it "as administrator".

this program will CRC Check all your data files and fix them, as corruption is known to occur with patches and launcher.

if this work, say it, if it does not work : open a support ticket.

omg I have no idea

it should work, https://github.com/ccpgames/rescache talk about rescache for mac, but I have no idea how it works/where it is compiled or stored on mac

if a DEV or GM pass by here ! halp

I know there is a repair tool in the launcher advanced options, it should be available on MAC, but I have no idea what it does compared to rescache, but having run both, it apparently scan the whole sharedcache folder.
I know rescache do the fixing
I hope the repair tool do the same.

(but then why 2 tools? with 2 different name, and rescache being a commandline geek thingy with looots of option you don't probably want to play with)

maybe python is a native script on mac (I higly doubt it though) but do you have a search engine on macos (macnoob here)
it should be run from a command line, and I know a colleague with a macos and he is permantly using some linux lookalike shell, maybe you'll find it somewhere there
linux way to find stuff in a terminal / shell : find / -iname "rescache*"
with quotation mark

(this will probably make my colleague laugh at me tomorrow hahaha)

There is also a "technology/Macos" chat in game, you could try there if they know

yea i have been al over the eve folder haha lol i got lost a few times :p
you can search files on a mac but it hides a lot of them so it isn't as useful.
thx for replying
