I'm trying to connect to Eve Market Data Relay network.

Example given here: http://www.eve-emdr.com/en/latest/using.html#c
compiles just fine,
but it does not receive any data.
It just waits in line 
var receivedData = subscriber.Recv();
indefinitely.

I've tried to connect to all listed relays.
It makes no difference.

Any idea what may be wrong?
