A kick in the family jewels is a child's attack. Reporting him to the authorities is a coward's. I second the proposition that you take his supplies and market share by force. Short of that, a tip to a capsuleer interested in said supplies and market share may well garner you a friend, not a bad trade-off for having a baseliner for an enemy.

Just because you can vaporise that short-tempered pleb doesn't mean you have to.

Or you can await for the day of his ruination and then hire him into your janitorial crew, then assign him Fedo duty.
