Scanning bug on 2nd account

Hi all,

Not sure if i'm posting it in the right section but here goes.
I have 3 accounts i play on, and my 2nd account seems to have an issue with scanning, This what i mainly created my alt for, scanning.

I made a video of it and put this on youtube, cause its hard to explain in text.
Could you please give me some advise on how i can solve this matter?
My anomalies and signatures disappear from the map when i press them in the probe scanner.

Also happens in the old map instead of the beta-map
As you can see i can only make them reappear when pressing the Show anomalies checkbox, but after can't press any signatures or anomalies in the list cause they disappear again. ( bit hard and time-consuming to doublepress to center, to then uncheck/check the box to then be able to zoom in. )
Ofcourse only centering works when the signature or anomaly has been scanned down till a certain %.
Currently, if i know which signature i want to scan down, i have to ignore the rest, so my map shows 1 signature, me knowing i'm scanning the right one.

Happens on 2 different computers.
So the 1st and 3th account do not have this issue.

Cleared cache? Bug report would be better than here, talking to CCP usually helps more and yes its in the wrong section. Issues and Workarounds is your hearts desire. Smile

hum this looks like the old scan interface, is the issue still present with the new scan interface? (from last week, paralax)

new scan interface came with a separate system map, looks like the beta, but limited to system and no zooming of the universe... but thats beside the point, my question stands :)*


another thing that could be account bound : settings and cache, try clearing the cache, then reset (*gasp*) the settings
unfortunately clearing settings will delete all your personalisations of UI/chat/overview. you can save some overview settings, but the rest will be gone

(you can try to backup the files manually in your settings folder c:\users\%userprofile%\appdata\local\eve\ after clearing the cache
if it does not work you can put the file back, it will restore your settings, but you're on your own)
