When viewing planets with PI built on it, I sometimes get this bad graphics glitch and cant see whats going on.

Anyone else have this issue?

some issues with ATI graphics, latest drivers from summer and a recent eve update.
do you have an ATI? (why?! oh god why?!) if so try reverting to previous driver, or upgrade to its latest, that may also fix something wile breakin something else, o joy!

anyway, usual suspect : cache or data corruption (as it looks like it's only a texture / object being impacted)
try emptying you cache files through eve system menu/reset setting/Clear all cache files
try running RESCACHE.EXE from Eve installation folder (run as administrator, let it run, the game must be closed)

also open a ticket with your video and a dxdiag result on ccp support site

Yes, I am using ATI gfx *hides in corner*

I'll give that stuff ago. I am using a fairly old system, so I'm defiantly needing an upgrade.

well you are entitled to use whatever you want if it meets the requirements, CCP must ensure compatibility. (when you say old... here are the req, update october 2015 https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/202748741-System-Requirements )

make sure you have the latest drivers, dump a "DXDIAG" (just run this command) on pastebin.com, and open a ticket on the support for EVE

upon messing around.. it kinda looks like I only get the graphics bug when im in the same system as the planet im trying to view. Viewing planets in other systems has no bug, but as soon as i go back to the one im in.. bug. very odd :/
