Bombing and bubbling in lowsec works, but similar to smartbombing in highsec, you'll get concorded for it. (suicide bomber squads anyone?)

Especially old and worn ships will have battery trouble and require a jump start to get their capacitors charging again.
Ships that can't be jumpstarted will need to be towed. Players can sit in their ships for 4 and a half hours waiting for the Amarrian Astronomic Anomaly service vehicle to arrive at their location and tow them to a repair shop where they can argue with the shipwright about what is wrong with the ship and how much it should cost to fix.
