Hello,

Let's say I'm blinking yellow I'm high sec and some dude engagea me, but I don't shoot back.
What happens if my suspect timer expires during the action?
I understand that if I shoot back both of us will have engagement timers running, but what if I don't shoot back and tank the whole thing?

You don't. You get an engagement timer the moment someone shoots you and it will stay that way with the engagement timer refreshing after every shot so theoretically he can keep shooting you forever until DT.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

yang has it.

you still get the LE timer.

but once your suspect timer runs out no one else can hop on you so its just the two of ye fighting.

now if you sit there and tank it without actually fighting back you dont get an aggression timer so if you happen to be on a gate/station you can just leave .

if you had you would need to dressages first and then do so.
