I'm not a believer, but God appears to be doing a good job of removing the heretical so far.

Lord Vaari,

Your concerns are the same that House Khanid has had to deal with based on one of our pilots. I will state the same response.

All of the Heirs have selected outlanders, heretics and criminals.

The Privy and Theology Councils are taking every step to make sure the Trials remain ideologically pure. While I recognize your concerns, we must have faith in the Councils.

Ultimately, the Emperor will be chosen by the Will of God. We must abide His decision.

This would be where I get to say, "I told you so."

If he wins a trial that's held to determine the Will of God, wouldn't that mean God wanted him to win? If he's unworthy, won't Divine Providence show that?

He was worthy of winning. Corruption and scandal brought to light. He may not have won, but divine will through him has presented what they will probably define as heretics in the heart of Amarr's Council

I find it amusing that an awful lot of Amarrians seem to lack faith in God's Will when things don't go their way. Have you tried praying?

Was there God's will in any of this is the question? Every god has a devil in the religions I have studied. The devil perhaps has won this time.

Vaari,

Your accusations are false. I have no relationships, diplomatic nor personal with Sani Sabik and your public declarations are baseless, libelous, and pure defamation. You have proven yourself as a slanderer and practitioner of famacide.

While I lost a battle, I have WON more in so many ways!

I was there. I raised my weapons and a good and honorable team followed me unto the field while you remained un-chosen.

And here… know this…

Due to the results of the battle, Sourem Itharen, Member of Court Chamberlain, offered me a rematch for 3 battle to test the outcome in evidence that MagnetGate had occurred. My answer to such a gracious offer was that I and my team would honor the match as it stands on the condition that a FULL inquisition (Lesson Learned) be published to the community as to what happened. The Community, not my starship skills, brought me here, so they at least are owed that explanation. The Itharen acknowledged her thanks on behalf of the Empire and her willingness to comply with my conditions.

Next… Dame Fafer, thankful for my reply above, had offered me a personal position on HER House Kador Team had she won for next weekend’s event. This was an honorable and gracious act of a statesman showing pure sportsmanship to a fellow Amarrian.

My point is this in case you do not see it…

These people above, my fellow citizens, judge me based upon my actions and my resolve to find the right. I need not use slander in order to cause humiliation or disgrace.

Vaari, you have conducted Traducement and have done so publicly. Good job.

Good day sir.

The integrity of a "champion" is clearly not a quality some heirs looked for in their picks. The champions are doing the fights, but it is the heirs' life on the line.

If I had to put my life in the hands of a stranger in trial by combat, I'd go for the most sadistic mean bastard I could find. Specially one with nothing to gain in throwing the fight, or invested in the competition's aftermath.

Max Singularity, despite his hopeless aspirations for the throne, is as legit a champion as any other can be, in the grand scope of things. And his part has been played.

Max, you may not have become the victorious champion for the next Amarrian ruler, but you have become something more.

Your statements have elevated you to be a personification of the Honor of the Amarrian people. Continue to keep up the good work and the Amarrian Empire will undoubtedly enter a new age of enlightment. I salute o7
