I have train everything for a sniping dominix, now that I'm going to have free Q, what ship should I aim for that uses Drones, that is an upgrade? be better for a Marauder or carries. Or maybe other option?

I'd say it depends on what your goals are. Rattlesnake is probably not a bad idea. Carriers are getting a big rework soon, and I can't predict what the outcome of all that will be. Or as Mr Mac said train into t2 drone ships. In the long run there aren't too many drone skills, so eventually need to train something else. There are a whole bunch of drone ships for lots of options. and even more options outside of drones.

Personally I would say train for GIla. Not so much because it is an 'upgrade', but because training to Gila means you will also train shield and missile skills to good level.

Once properly trained, and if your goal is mission running, there will be missions where more mobile Gila with its better tracking drones complimented with missile DPS will help clear the room faster than sniping everything from distance with sentries alone in a sniper Domi.

Also, sooner or later, either it's high sec L4 or low sec sites or null anom, there will come a time when it is much more preferable to use a cruiser sized hull than a bulky BS, for its mobility and ability to align/get the hell out quicker. Gila is a very good all around ship with great DPS and tank that you can use in any space.

After you have good shield/missile skills, it also opens up a whole new areas of Caldari/Mordus/Guristas ships, where there are excellent choices for both PvE and PvP. Having Gallente & Caldari skills with both cruiser/BS skills at V, with good drone/missile/shield/armor skills, you can do great things both solo and in fleet in future. At least for now, you really can't go wrong with Gallente/Caldari skill set.
