For some reason, when the client opens, it is positioned at the bottom right of the screen, with most of the module area below the bottom of the screen. It's really a pain in the backside. Any thoughts about what might be wrong?

what screen mode are you using?
fullscreen
fixed window
windowed

if it is the first 2, then no idea what's happening
if it is windowed, try changing the resolution or simply use the maximize button

you could print+screen your whole desktop, not just the game, and paste it in paintbrush then post it on imgur so ppl here can help you with a picture
