Random thought, what about a way to simultaneously scoop and repackage empty secure containers? It would allow for things like station containers to be used in space without destroying them later, and it would allow them to be removed if placed inside a POS shield or other location where they can't be shot.

IF I package my ship will the marks still be there when I unpack her again?? And are these for all kills or only final shot? Will having a ship moved in courier effect the kill marks? (not packaged) THank you

Packaging will get rid of them

Greyscale didn't get the boot. And the jump fatigue changes have increased PvP as shown by graphs from other Devs who are still at CCP such as Fozzie who support fatigue. So fatigue isn't going anywhere.
