I'm new the game and I have read a lot about it. I really don't want to waste my SP so I'm asking whats a good ship/fit for scouting/intercepting? looking for stealthy and fast deadly ship. So I can start training for it.

I have read that in 2 months I can fly and fit good T2 frigates.

stealth bomber with a covert cyno, point and scram

Domination Nephilim - Angel Cartel

Calm down miner. As you pointed out, people think they can get away with stuff they would not in rl... Like for example illegal mining... - Ima Wreckyou*

it also depends what your fc will require, personally i prefer taranis for fleet work as it can put out good dps and also its fast and nullified, if im using my own scout then she is in a manticore with cov cyno, probe scanner, mwd, point and scram for doing blops drops.

recons are also a good choice to get into, lachesis is a good tackler

The garmur is pretty amazing. Costs 3x as much as an interceptor but has longer point range, more damage and is actually a bit faster than many ceptor fits.

Malediction with medium shield extender seems to be the top choice ceptor at that moment. Imperial navy slicer is almost as fast as a ceptor with way more tank and damage projection; it is fantastic for countering enemy ceptors.

For a new player looking for a cheap option...probably can't beat the condor. But any of the T1 tackle will fulfill the task if flown/fit properly.

Basically just follow two rules.

1. Be fast
2. Don't be slow.

An interceptor is a great choice for a scout ship since it is immune to bubbles and aligns and warps fast. Ideal scout ship is often different than ideal tackle ship - scout should try to be able to move faster at the expense of EHP and extra tackle modules. Other races work well too.
