Multi divide stack

We have now multisell and multibuy and both of them are excellent features. I now propose continuation for these: Multi divide stack

I often need to split stacks countless times to create contract. It would be handy if I could just paint all items that need divide stack and then tell computer how many items I need per stack and how many stacks.

Comments are welcome for my idea.

Objection! That idea is... objectionable!

Actually, it's not bad. Would reduce some of the tedium that comes with moving specific amounts of items around.

The Caldari put business before pleasure. The Gallente put business in pleasure.

someone also suggester Ctrl-shift-drag to break stacks of Xk into "many stacks of some number"

FireFrenzy's idea of giving it a seperate keybinding is one way of doing it.
Personally I'd set the default number of stacks to be 1, in the same way that the default number to seperate is 1

EDIT - when splitting loot/mining haul this idea would be useful too!

For posting an idea into F&I: come up with idea, try and think how people could abuse this, try to fix your idea - loop the process until you can't see how it could be abused, then post to the forums to let us figure out how to abuse it..... If your idea can be abused, it [u]WILL[/u] be.

No matter how good the tools, inventory is and always will be a *****! This would prove very useful.
