I also have the same problem. My ticket 68547 has been open for about fourteen hours now. It's frustrating that some customers had this problem solved very quickly. Please restore my access to the character selection screen. Thank you.

I know what you mean i have been going on 3 days , and other people had it resolve in 5 mins

Im having the same problem now after the unscheduled downtime, but i can still log in on my alt account

same here, black screen, no character selection, tried everything. The problem appeared after logging on singularity server.Sad

My problem appeared after logging on the Singularity server. I can log on the Singularity, but not on to Tranquility.

I also have the same issue. Running from a mac.

Definately server side, I have two other accounts that work fine.

The hamster is having a huff with me with me :)

There is an issue with skills that were trained while using the Bloodraider Booster. When this skill is finished, you can log in again. (quote of a GM)

Worked for me. I hope no one has Titan V in queue. =)

Same thing for me, it seems it's 100% server side and we need gm help to sort it out. Sent my ticket yesterday but I'm still waiting for a conclusive response. GL with this as I guess ticket numbers are pulled out of a hat for this one.

I have the same problem since Sunday (22.11.2015). Support requested with the ticket #77811; but CCP hasn't replied yet...

I hope this gets fixed soon.

I have this issue but now the launcher won't start at all, it just hangs.
