I just made 2 new identical characters, identical skills. Plugged in a prototype cerebral accelerator into the first character and skill trainings stayed the same, even with +9 to all attributes. Each individual skill stayed the same, including the one I am training, and the total skill queue stayed the same. I've done this many times before and it worked so i know there is some issue now.

CCP i wasted money on this?

File a petition, this is not a bug reporting forum.

Everyone should be warned not to use these. Still no word from CCP on the matter and I wasted more than 1.5 bill isk on 3 of these for nothing.

I'll also mention that these are not the event version. These are the prototype ones that come as bonuses for buying certain kinds of EVE online purchase packs for real money. Some people don't use them and instead sell them for isk.

They only work for young characters.

Yes I know. Maybe you should read the original post properly. "I just made 2 new identical characters, identical skills"

Your corp name should be changed to "Fail Sauce" post-haste.

Didn't they change them to go by ACCOUNT age, not CHARACTER age? Are these new accounts, or just new characters on old accounts?

No, they did not. It is character age.

Also they fixed the issue now.
