Publish reimbursements quarterly/monthly

I have request for CCP, I would like to see reimbursements published quarterly or monthly for review by the community, there are several reasons why this would be beneficial to the game.

1. It would eliminate any suggestion known or speculated that the reimbursements system is being abused as it has been previously. (All ready reported to internal affairs don't worry or speculate on.).

2. It would give more precise intel on losses for example how do you know that enemy capital fleet has been destroyed when in the back of your mind you have to question if it was simply reimbursed?

3. It will end speculation over reimbursement favouritism, bragging & false intel.

Transparency and a fair Sandbox is one of CCP Seagulls main ambitions for this game during her tenure so why has this not already been implemented?

This should probably go in the Ideas section. Also, isn't this the 2nd time this thread has been posted?

Also, -1. This is private information between CCP and the customer. No one else really needs this information.

Surely if CCP were actively reimbursing capital fleets behind the scenes for their mates, if they were to publish reimbursement data, they'd just not list those.
