My alt is squad commander with no wing command and 1 other person in squad. I'm boosting passive defense 2, damage control 2 and rapid repair 2, I can only get passive defence if I revoke boost and give again a couple times. The other two are not giving boosts at all. Booster ship is a eos with max leadership and mind link.

Same here. Siege boosts are not giving the reduced remote rep time from 4.5 to 3.3, sometimes. Really weird...
