Honestly I could pay it off within a month, but don't mind keeping it going longer. So I will probably keep it for 3 ish mons

A loan gives you leverage if you feel the collateral is likely to appreciate.

yeh, a third party willing to research bpos is a nice thing. VV used to do it, thats a nice way of making isk while BPOs you were going to research anyway churn along.

im guessing this guy considered the third partys "fee" + interest,and decided isnt worth the hassle for the small roleplay and notoriety of a bond holder.

nah it wasnnt that. it was the fact that i really just dont need it. i wanna build my small empire by buying low and selling high, but that already works for me. i really dont need more capital on top of that. literally i would be paying for just expanding to maybe a 5th or 6th station. which i just dont need, right now i can trade feely and live off my income. i dont need to increase my credit score
