INTERIM REPORT INTO ANDREW 'TARDFACE' JESTER FORUM TROLLING

BACKGROUND

The committee of sekrit wormhole forum moderators met on the evening of 5th Movember two thousand and jiggly doo to assess allegations by Suzanne Khale (hereafter ACCUSER) that Andrew 'Tarface' Jester (hereafter DEFENDANT) made statements on the internet forums which are alleged to have caused, be likely to have caused, or were at risk of causing agravated buttockalgia (also known as BUTTHURT) to Zorn orlenard (hereafter, Victim).

EVIDENCE

having heard from statements from the Defendant and Accuser and innocent bystanders, the court has ascertained that viz,

CHARGES

The extrajudicial judicial committee of the Forum Trolling Inspectorate (Informal Division) has considered the evidence before the court.

The court has considered the severity of the offences, and the charges levelled against the Defendant;

1) Forum trolling

2) Aggravated buttockalgia

3) Mans Laughter

4) Indiscriminate amusement generation

5) Poor punctuation

JUDGMENT

The court has considered it's verdict.

Evidence does point to the Victim being inexcusably ignorant of wormhole effects. Ignorance of wormhole effects is caused, in the Courts Opinion, by membership with Mordus Angels, with contributing factors such as genetic predisposition, socioeconomic disadvantage (nullsec living conditions), bad hygiene and developmental problems. ignorance is no excuse under the Law, and we find the victim guilty of being Bad.

The Defendant has been found innocent of Aggravated Buttockalgia. The Court reasons that the pain the Victim feels in his buttocks is predetermined by his lifestyle, heredity and socieoeconomic condition: no poor, dumb nullsec resident is likely to come into the Wormhole Forum and not experience a hurt butt.

The Defendant, by virtue of being found innocent of the charge of Aggravated Buttockalgia, must therefore be found innocent of Forum Trolling.

On the charge of Mans Laughter, we find the defendant guilty, as he did cause a man (jack Miton) to LLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLL. Further, and more worrying, is the fact that the Judge in this case did, himself, guffaw and snerk at the exchange.

By consequence of the above, the charge of Indiscriminate Amusement Generation is sustained and the defendant found guilty.

On the charge of poor punctuation, we find the defendant guilty of dropping a question mark from his original statement, which was clearly framed as a question.

SENTENCING

The charges of Mans Laughter carries a penalty of five "Sorry Senpais" in the ordinary commission of the offence. The court finds that the limited expression of the Man's Laughter must be tempered by causing amusement in the judiciary and, on balance, I assess four "Sorry Senpais".

Indiscriminate Amusement Generation is a serious charge. Hoewever, considering the original post by the accused caused a nett social benefit, further punishment is waived under a good behaviour bond. The court notes, however, that Andrew 'Tardface' jester is known for his pedigree in this offence and is at severe risk of recidivism. Ten 'Sorry Senpai" are assessed as a suspended sentence.

In the matter of poor punctuation the defendant is sentenced to community service. The court places upon the defendant a bond which can only be discharged by the defendant correcting the spelling or punctuation of ten other posts upon the forums by was of restitution for his crimes against punctuation and grammar.

The matter is hereby closed.
